Free 15-Minute Initial Conversation
I offer a free 15-minute initial conversation to help you determine if we’re a good fit for working together. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about therapy and my approach.
Session Rate
As an out-of-network provider, my rate for a 55 minute individual therapy session is $165. At the end of each month, I will provide a super bill with all of the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge equal to the full session fee.
